Innovative Floodlighting for ETuS Bissingheim: efficient, uniform, impressive

Schmidt-Strahl delivers efficient LED technology for outstanding illumination. With top-level uniformity, reduced energy consumption, and optimal lighting quality, the upgraded system sets new standards!

The ETuS Bissingheim sports club shines in a new light—literally. Schmidt-Strahl’s modernization of the floodlight system brings remarkable improvements to the field and impresses the club from planning to installation.

"We are extremely satisfied with the process, from consultation to final installation. The detailed demonstration with a sample field showed us what modern lighting technology can achieve," says the club’s board. "The uniformity of the light is impressive, and there are no dark areas left on the field."

Efficiency and Precision

The new system provides almost 70% uniformity, significantly improving lighting levels while consuming only 1,300 watts per luminaire, compared to the previous 2,300 watts. This remarkable energy savings is further complemented by programmable drivers that allow the light levels to be adjusted as needed.

The straightforward 1:1 replacement with the existing wiring made the retrofit seamless, enabling the club to quickly benefit from the advanced technology.

Schmidt-Strahl makes the difference

From planning to installation, Schmidt-Strahl prioritizes top-quality solutions and customer satisfaction. “The detailed demonstration with the sample field helped us understand the potential of modern lighting technology,” the club adds.

With the upgraded system, ETuS Bissingheim is not only more energy-efficient but also perfectly illuminated, ready for future matches under optimal conditions.
